Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations for a late-night role with an 11am finish. The position requires flexibility to work across the store and handle stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks to keep the shop floor stocked and ready for customers.

You will use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and work as part of a large team to maintain smooth store operations. The role emphasizes being fast, focused and proactive, with a premium for unsocial hours

Responsibilities

• Responsible for stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes work to keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.
• Work across the wider store as needed to meet pace and demands.
• Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
• Be a key part of a large team, supporting colleagues across the store.
• Adapt to early morning deliveries and shifting stock late into the day.
