Job summary

RGIS in Wolverhampton is hiring a Merchandiser to support store teams with merchandising, replenishment and planogram implementation. No experience is needed – we provide full training and offer flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle.

As part of a supportive team, you will work night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, up to 8 hours per day, Sunday to Friday, with a guaranteed-hours contract (16–32 hours) after probation, depending on performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable and great team players.
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends from 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Sunday to Friday.
• Comfortable working 8 hours per day.
• Thorough and precise in their work.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and use ladders/stepstools safely.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, replenishment and planogram implementation to support store teams.
• Work with store teams to execute merchandising tasks and ensure planogram compliance.
