Job summary

Space NK is seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to lead the Perivale distribution centre during the peak period on a fixed-term contract. You will manage a team of circa 100 on a 4 on/4 off pattern and drive productivity, safety and continuous improvement while reporting to the Senior Warehouse Logistics & Fulfilment Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse logistics experience as a Shift Manager in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan a warehouse operation.
• Excellent people skills - the ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success, particularly from your direct reports.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity reporting into our Senior Warehouse Logistics & Fulfilment Manager, working alongside three other day leaders. You'll be joining a team of circa 100 based in our Perivale site with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to cover both shifts.
