Moulton Bulb Co. Limited in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced engineer to perform reactive and preventative maintenance on site.

You will work 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, collaborating with Technicians and Line Leaders to keep machinery operating to the highest standards. The role involves fault finding, maintenance scheduling, supervising contractors, and ensuring audit-ready records.

Qualificações

• Qualified mechanical and electrical engineer.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Proven organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in food manufacture industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Suggest solutions to reduce downtime and improve machine performance.
• Complete maintenance, servicing and general duties, escalate as needed.
• Supervise external contractors on site, ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Maintain records of engineering tasks for audit readiness.
