SugaRich in Knowsley, United Kingdom, is seeking an HGV Driver CE (Class 1) for night shifts to support its transport operation. You will use hook loader skills and act professionally at collection and delivery points.

The role reports to the National Transport Manager, operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule with extra day every third cycle, totaling 46 hours weekly. A valid CE licence, CPC and tachograph card are required.

Formación

• Must hold CE (Class 1) vocational driving licence.
• Must hold Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Able to understand and follow instructions and safe systems of work.
• Professional, polite, and presentable with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude towards driver training and operational requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, legal HGV driving and hook loader duties.
• Carry out pre-use and post-use checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Report defects promptly and maintain vehicle cleanliness and order.
• Comply with road laws, drivers’ hours and tachograph rules.
• Complete tachograph downloads as required and follow procedures.
• Follow safe systems of work, risk assessments and site rules.
• Attend training and comply with company directions.
• Carry out other duties supporting the transport operation.
