Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Supermarket Assistant in Worcester to deliver partner-led service and passion for food. You’ll support stock replenishment, online orders, and customer care while working varied evening/weekend hours. A night premium of 3.75 per hour applies from 22:00–06:00; the role is temporary with 20–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over to apply.
• Experience in a customer facing role is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery to doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and date-based markdowns.
• Supporting the wider shop team with checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
