Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Windsor is seeking a Supermarket Assistant on a temporary contract for 15 hours a week, mainly Thursday and Friday night shifts from 22:00 to 06:15. You will stock shelves, fulfill online orders, support the shop team, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering friendly service to customers.

The role offers a base pay of £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.25 after 90 days, with additional Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for night hours.

• Desirable: experience in customer-facing roles is welcomed.
• Desirable: interest in food and drink trends and flexible to support the branch.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed.
• Fulfil online orders for drivers to deliver to customers' doors.
• Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdown guidelines.
• Support wider shop team with checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
