Job summary

Waitrose & Partners is seeking a Supermarket Assistant for Westbury Park with part-time hours (22.5 per week, Thu/Fri/Sat, 22:45-07:00). You will support customer service, stock the shelves, and help fulfil online orders, while maintaining a clean store environment and collaborating with the shop team.

The role offers a 13.00 GBP base hourly rate, with a night premium and progression to 13.25 after 90 days, and the potential for enhanced night hours. Applicants must be 18+.

• Applicants must be 18 years or over.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed for customers.
• Fulfilling online orders for delivery to customers’ doors.
• Reducing wastage by monitoring sell-by dates and applying markdowns as needed.
• Supporting the wider shop team with checkout, click & collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy working environment and general shopkeeping tasks.
