Job summary

Capitex is assembling a fraud operations team to support a leading Kuwaiti bank’s 24/7 digital fraud function. You will be the first line of overnight defense, monitoring real-time alerts across digital banking, cards and payments during Kuwait night hours and triaging according to playbooks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fraud operations or alert-driven banking environments.
• Experience with an alert queue on a fraud or transaction monitoring system.
• Available for sustained night-shift work aligned to Kuwait hours (AST, GMT+3).
• Reliable home working setup with high-speed internet.
• Clear written English for case notes and handovers.
• Available to commence in August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage real-time fraud alerts across digital banking, cards and payments during night-shift hours.
• Triage alerts using defined playbooks: verify activity and disposition as genuine, fraud or refer.
• Escalate complex, high-value or pattern-linked cases to L2 with clear handover narrative.
• Meet alert-handling SLAs and keep case records accurate and complete.
• Flag recurring false positives and emerging patterns to the data analyst.
• Hand over cleanly at shift end to ensure 24/7 continuity.
