Job summary

The Best Connection in West Bromwich is recruiting a Warehouse Operative/FLT Reach Truck Driver for night shifts. This role offers regular night work and competitive pay.

You will operate an FLT, load and unload vehicles, palletise orders, and ensure accurate stock handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment. A valid Reach Truck certificate is essential. The position includes Sun-Wed 22:00-06:00 and Fri 22:00-05:00 with 25% shift allowance. Our recruitment team provides ongoing support.

Qualifications

• In-date Reach Truck licence/certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Operate an FLT to order pick steel products.
• Load and unload HGVs and racking.
• Move stock around the warehouse, production and dispatch areas.
• Palletise orders, shrink-wrap and label goods.
• Check stock and orders for accuracy.
• Work efficiently to meet targets.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by the manager.
