Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced FLT Reach Driver to join our busy warehouse team in Peterlee. This temporary night-shift role runs Sunday to Thursday, 5:00pm–2:00am, with a total pay of £14.36 per hour (£12.71 basic + £0.50 FLT allowance + £1.15 night shift premium).

Valid Reach Truck licence and prior Reach Truck experience are essential. You will safely move stock, load/unload vehicles and support general warehouse tasks in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck FLT licence – essential.
• Previous Reach Truck experience – essential.
• Counterbalance experience/licence – desirable.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operating a Reach Forklift Truck.
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Picking and positioning stock safely and accurately.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
