Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd in Hampton Lovett is seeking an experienced Electrician for a permanent night shift role. You will be responsible for electrical installation, wiring, and termination within modular plant rooms, following drawings and schematics to a high standard.

The position offers a long weekend every week with a consistent night pattern (Mon-Thu 19:00-05:00) and optional Friday overtime, in a modern production environment focused on quality modular builds.

Qualifications

• Reading technical drawings is essential to interpret electrical schematics and installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-person team in a production environment.
• Installation-focused skillset with attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installation, wiring, and termination within modular plant rooms.
• Work from electrical drawings and schematics.
• Install containment systems including tray, trunking, and conduit.
• Complete wiring and build stages to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-trade production environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
