Job summary

Tesco Retail is hiring for an in-store customer service role. You’ll provide friendly, natural service, help customers, and support shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking. A positive, team-focused approach is essential.

Shifts include varied hours with a minimum guaranteed weekly hours; a night premium applies for hours worked between midnight and 6am in some locations. Applicants must be over 18 and ready to join a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
