The successful candidate will lead the Driving Team, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify performance issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong administrative and communication skills are essential for this role. This is a temporary to permanent position based in Haddenham.

Job description
Job Title: Control Tower Supervisor

Location: Haddenham — Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: 17:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday overtime)

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day‑to‑day transport operations focused on night‑time deliveries.
  • Lead and support the Driving Team to meet planning expectations and uphold high standards.
  • Identify and address performance issues using management tools and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with driver hours, vehicle defects, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team and other leaders to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing data trends and implementing process enhancements.
