Job summary

Prime Appointments Ltd are assisting a well-established subcontract engineering company in Maldon seeking a CNC Operator for night shifts. You will operate Hurco milling machines, work to fine tolerances, and inspect your own output. The role offers a salary up to £45,000 including shift, with a night schedule of 16:30–04:30, and onsite parking.

Experience in CNC milling is preferred; time-served applicants supported with training. Hurco or Fanuc control experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC milling experience preferred.
• Time-served candidates preferred; training can be provided.
• Hurco or Fanuc controls experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hurco milling machines on the night shift.
• Maintain tight tolerances down to 20 microns.
• Inspect own work and ensure quality.
