Bridgetech Talent Solutions Ltd in Leicester is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for the night shift to operate CNC milling machines and set them up for precision components.

You will monitor production, perform quality checks, read engineering drawings, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a starting pay of £15 per hour, with three days off each week. Hours are 7:45pm–6:00am, Monday to Thursday.

Formación

• Previous experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience using measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
