Job summary

Pure Staff is recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a Bristol-area operation. This long-term, ongoing trunking role offers regular night shifts, modern fleet, and potential permanent employment. Weekend overtime is optional, with highly competitive hourly rates and rolled-up holiday pay options.

Role involves refrigerated trailer work, straightforward trunking duties, and strong transport team support. Night shifts between 18:00 and 22:00 with 8–12 hour durations are typical.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of driver rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Trunking chilled and refrigerated goods to RDCs.
• Conducting vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
• Following all Driver Hours and Working Time regulations.
• Representing the business professionally at all times.
• Operating Class 1 vehicles in a safe and compliant manner.
• No handball involved.
