Job Overview

David Lewis is seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Manager to join our residential services team. In this key leadership role, you'll support and supervise night staff across our homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. You'll work closely with Registered Managers and multidisciplinary teams, making regular visits to our houses, supporting staff, and acting as Duty Officer as part of the Night Management rota.
