Lancashire County Council is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts in Lancaster. You will oversee a team of three night staff and care for up to 46 residents, ensuring high-quality care.

This permanent, part-time role offers shifts to suit you, pro rata pay, and a comprehensive induction plus opportunities to progress. You must have NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work toward Level 3.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required at application and willingness to complete Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of three night staff and ensure the shift runs smoothly.
