Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect intrusions or hazards.
• Control access; check passes and authorise visitors.
• Respond to alarms and incidents following procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, staff and contractors.
• Maintain logs and incident reports for handover and compliance.
• Observe health and safety and report hazards.
