Job summary

Shaw healthcare's Ashfield House in Raunds is seeking a Part-time Night Team Leader to guide a dedicated care team and ensure exceptional resident care across every shift. This role offers a competitive hourly rate (£14.82), a 12-hour shift pattern, and clear opportunities for career development within the UK's leading employee-owned care provider.

You will lead with compassion, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and ensure accurate care records while promoting best practice and person-centred care

Qualifications

• Experience working within residential care for older people.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring colleagues.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care
• Promoting best practice at all times
• Safely administering and recording medication in line with company policies
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly
• Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation
