Job summary

Lifeways is seeking care staff for Dukes House in the UK to provide life-changing residential care for adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, promoting independence, dignity and respect in daily activities.

Shifts are 20:00–08:00, full-time 36 hrs/week or part-time 24 hrs/week, Monday to Sunday. DBS check required (paid by Lifeways); sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• DBS check required (paid for by the company).
• No sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental health conditions in daily living activities.
• Encourage independence, choice, dignity and respect within a supportive team.
• Attend training and development opportunities; DBS clearance completed prior to start.
