Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in High Wycombe is seeking a Supermarket Assistant for a part-time role with weekend and late-evening shifts. You will help ensure shelves are well-stocked, support online order fulfilment, and maintain a clean, safe shop floor while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

The role involves working Sundays and Mondays, with shifts from 22:00 to 06:15, and a drive to support the branch and customers across our Waitrose offering.

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves remain as full as possible and products are in the right place at the right time for our customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for our drivers to deliver their shopping direct to their doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns to those reaching their sell by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support when needed including; checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer orders and more.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Flexible approach to ensure the support of the whole branch.

Part time opportunity. 15 hours per week. Working every Sunday and Monday. Shift time will be 22:00 - 06:15.
