Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will support service on the shop floor, help with stock replenishment, and assist with online orders to be delivered to customers’ doors.

Additional duties include keeping the shop clean and safe, assisting with Click & Collect, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent service, with a flexible approach to hours where possible.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - keeping shelves full and orderly for customers.
• Fulfil online orders and prepare them for delivery drivers.
• Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Support the wider shop team including checkout and Click & Collect orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
