Job summary

John Lewis Partnership's Waitrose in Cheltenham is hiring a Part-time Supermarket Assistant to help keep shelves stocked and to fulfill online customer orders with care and accuracy.

You'll work varied shifts (up to 27 hours weekly) between 19:00 and 07:00, join a friendly partner-led team, and support customers and colleagues across the store while maintaining safety and cleanliness. DBS checks may be required in some cases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves remain full and products are in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver to customers’ doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns to those reaching sell by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support when needed including checkout support, Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
