Overview

At MiNightVet Portsmouth, we are looking for a Night RVN to join our team!

The work pattern is 8pm to 8am of 7 nights on 7 off. This position will start 5th January 2026 for 6 months to cover a sabbatical.

You will work with a passionate team in providing the best out of hours care to a varied caseload including, dogs, cats, birds, exotics, poultry and small mammals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced or new graduate RVN to further enhance their ECC skills and experience.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and caring veterinary nurse to join our dedicated out of hours service. We can offer a salary up to £35,226 FTE DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Provide out of hours veterinary nursing care as Night RVN.
  • Care for a varied caseload including dogs, cats, birds, exotics, poultry and small mammals.
  • Work to enhance ECC skills and experience; suitable for experienced or new graduate RVN.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver high-quality out of hours care.
