Job summary

Excelcare is recruiting a Night Registered Nurse for our Abbots Care Home in Harlow, Essex. You will work 8pm–8am, with full-time and bank vacancies available, earning £24.95 per hour with a £2,000 Welcome Bonus. You will administer medications, support the nurse team and uphold the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

You will contribute to care plans, risk assessments and ensure compassionate, person-centred care while promoting residents’ independence, dignity and well-being.

Qualifications

• NMC Pin required
• Understanding of NMC and CQC
• Passion for working with older people
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor the care teams on practice and report to Deputy Manager
• Create and review person-centred care plans and risk assessments
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and promote independence and dignity
