Job summary

Care Concern Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for our Lanark care home. You will lead shifts, support a dedicated care team and ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered on a day‑to‑day basis.

We offer ongoing training, funded development, and clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles within a professionally led environment where your skills are valued and developed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN status and an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Ability to lead shifts and support care teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the care team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Job description

Located in Lanark, South Lanarkshire, our beautiful care home provides Nursing & Dementia care for 45-residents.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract

• £21.55 per hour
• Contracted to full time or part time hours per week
• Paid NMC, Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
