Night Reception Team Member

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel
• Walking corridors at regular intervals and handling noise complaints
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys
• Assisting with breakfast service and, when required, serving behind the bar
• Dealing with evictions as needed
