A leading supported housing provider in Morecambe seeks a Night Project Worker. You will ensure resident safety and provide support, conducting checks and monitoring access. Ideal candidates are empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work night shifts. The role offers 26 to 31 days of annual leave, training opportunities, and a pension plan.
