Job summary

Sarova Hotels’ Abbey property in Great Malvern is seeking a Night Porter to deliver first-class guest service, oversee overnight security and assist with late bar and room service orders.

The role requires hospitality experience, immaculate presentation, excellent English communication, and basic IT skills with Opera knowledge. Training and development are encouraged for career progression.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest-facing role in hospitality.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Overnight security of the hotel and guest safety.
• Handle front desk duties during night shifts (check-in/check-out).
• Process out-of-hours reservations and room-service orders for late hours.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks for late bars and room service.
• Deliver guest mail/newspapers and bring invoices to rooms.
