Responsibilities and Duties

• Play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night.
• Work alongside the Night team, thinking on your feet and proactively solving problems.
• Support all departments and be versatile in assisting with tasks as required.
• Be involved in every step of the customer journey, from check‑in through to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar.
• Continuously maintain the cleanliness and security of the property.

Requirements

• Knowledge of great customer service and ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge and maintain relationships with all departments.
