Job summary

Coaching Inn Group is seeking a friendly Night Porter to join our team. The role operates 11pm–7am and requires energy, organisation and a can-do attitude to delight guests with attentive service.

You will contribute to a vibrant, guest‑focused atmosphere across our historic hotels, supporting front‑of‑house operations and maintaining security and high standards throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Fun, bubbly and energetic; experience is not essential.
• A desire to delight every guest.
• Able to work on your own and with your own initiative.
• Organised and efficient at completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night portering duties during the 11pm–7am shift.
• Ensure guest safety, security and smooth operation of the hotel overnight.
• Assist guests with needs and maintain high standards of service throughout the night.
