As a Night Porter at Cairn Group, you’ll ensure our guests receive the same warm, professional welcome at night as they would during the day—creating a safe, secure, and memorable stay.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the security of the hotel and its guests overnight, carrying out regular checks and responding to any late-night requests or issues with calm and care.
You’ll also support with night service delivery, including preparing service areas for the next day, delivering room service from the night menu, and completing basic cleaning duties as required.
Alongside this, you’ll manage administrative tasks such as processing payments, reconciling cash / card transactions, and ensuring a clear handover to the morning team.
