About the Role

Our hotels never sleep and our first‑class customer service never stops. With a busy hotel, a lively Pub and Grill and a buzzing health club we are on the go 24/7. Working alongside the Night team, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all departments. This is a really varied role, where you will be involved in every step of our customer journey, from check‑in through to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar. We create lively, modern spaces for our guests to work, eat, relax, play and exercise. With hotels and leisure clubs from Aberdeen to Bournemouth and more opening soon, we rely on you to deliver service that puts us head and shoulders above the competition. £23,382 per year (estimated). Part time.
