Job summary

Advantage Healthcare (AGH), part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client living at home with their mum and dad in Upper Beeding.

You will provide person-centred care for a child who experiences seizures, is fed via gastrostomy, and is partially deaf and blind. Night shifts include feeding and observing, requiring patience and clear communication.

We provide DBS clearance, full training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive national care group.

Qualifications

• Experience with children would be beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a national care group.
• Patience, empathy and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support a young client at home with mum and dad.
• Provide night-time observations and assist with gastrostomy feeding.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a family setting.
