Job summary

InPost Ltd. seeks motivated Fixed Term Nights Warehouse Operatives to join the Truro depot on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026.

You’ll work in inbound parcel sorting, ensuring parcels move efficiently and are processed correctly, supporting our UK logistics network. Role involves night hours (01:00–09:30) at InPost Distribution, Truro, with responsibilities spanning packing, labelling, sorting, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in inbound operations, moving parcels quickly and accurately.
• Sort incoming parcels by hand and with warehouse machinery to the correct area.
• Check parcel labels and relabel as needed for correct processing and delivery.
• Load and unload inbound deliveries safely and efficiently, handling parcels with care.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy and organized; assist with general duties.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily targets and maintain high accuracy.
• Flag damaged or mislabelled parcels to the relevant team member.
