Job summary

CVS Vets is seeking an OOH Veterinary Surgeon to join MiNightVet New Forest. The role involves working 7 nights on with 14 off, and you will participate in the Sunday day shift rota with two bank holiday day shifts per year. A flexible rota and part-time options are available so please discuss your needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with registration in the UK
• Experience delivering high standards of care in an emergency/out-of-hours setting
• Confident in surgical and medical decision making and diagnostics
• Able to mentor and support team members while maintaining caseload balance

Responsibilities

• Join the OOH team as a Veterinary Surgeon at MiNightVet New Forest.
• Handle a varied caseload with clinical autonomy for surgical and medical cases.
• Lead and support less experienced staff, share best practices and clinical standards.
• Participate in the 7 nights on / 14 off rota and Sunday day shifts, with occasional bank holidays.
