What you day will look like

  • Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medication and treatments as outlined in residents’ care plans, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
  • Resident Safety and Well‑being: Prioritise the safety and overall well‑being of residents, monitoring for any changes in their condition and responding promptly.
  • Collaborative, Holistic Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that addresses residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, up‑to‑date records and documentation for each resident, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Family Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to residents and their families, offering clear communication and compassionate care.
  • Compliance with Healthcare Standards: Adhere to all regulatory standards and protocols, ensuring the service remains compliant with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ongoing Care Plan Evaluation: Regularly evaluate and adjust care plans as residents’ needs evolve, ensuring they continue to receive the most appropriate level of care.
