A leading UK water company is seeking a Night Network Service Technician to join their North London team. This role is vital for resolving customer network challenges and ensures minimal disruption to services. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a full UK driving licence. The position involves night shifts and varied responsibilities, supporting a diverse customer base in maintaining water supply services.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our North London team at Thames Water as a Night Network Service Technician. This is an exciting and varied customer‑facing role where day to day you will be resolving customer network challenges to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply. You will be meeting and helping different people every day, working on a variety of projects ensuring that the best service is given to our customers.
Base Location: Stroud Green – Croydon – CR0 8YY
Working Pattern: Night shifts (Monday–Sunday) 20:00‑06:30, however, you will be required to work day shifts (Monday–Thursday) for the training period of 6 months.
