A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Night Mental Health Nurse to join their team at a Category B prison in London. This role involves conducting assessments, medication management, and supporting patients with mental health challenges within a multi-disciplinary environment. Candidates must be NMC registered and have a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional development.
Due to the recent recategorisation to a Category B Remand Prison, we have an exciting opportunity for a Night Mental Health Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Brixton.
HMP Brixton is now a Category B male prison since April 2025 housing men on remand. Our patients needs will vary greatly but there will be a focus on mental health, substance misuse and early days in custody.
Hours – This is a bank role - 0 hour contract through Monday-Sunday Night shifts run from 20:00 to 08:00
Salary – £28.12 an hour
