A leading hotel in Uxbridge is seeking a Night Manager to ensure high-quality customer service during night shifts. This role requires leading the Front Office Night team and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have minimal 1 year in a supervisory position, excellent communication skills, and experience with technology, particularly Opera. Candidates should also possess a positive attitude and a strong service mindset to create memorable guest experiences.

As a Night Manager you are responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered at the Front Office during the night shifts. You will provide guidance and leadership for the Front Office Night Receptionists / Auditors. You will motivate and support our team and ensure our guests’ satisfaction and you will provide a personal and friendly service to our guests. The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working during night shifts.
We are looking for a person who wants to be apart of developing our hotel. As a Night Manager you are responsible for the entire Front Office Night team and you report to the Front Office Manager.
