Job summary

Angard Staffing is recruiting for a Mail Sorter at Chester Mail Centre, nights only. You will unload mail, sort by postcode, and move items through the warehouse, working in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Shifts run nightly with flexible patterns; you may be asked to work across different shift schedules, including weekends. Full training is provided, and you will handle election materials and items per Royal Mail standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting roles is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 11kg.
• Willingness to work across different shift patterns, including weekends.
• Ability to push trolleys up to 250kg and manage light to mid-weight items.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels from delivery streams.
• Sort items by postcode and route them through the warehouse.
• Maintain pace to meet tight deadlines.
• Handle election materials and items per Royal Mail standards.
