Job summary

The Best Connection Group is seeking a warehouse operative in the Halford CP area to join a 6:00PM–6:00AM rotating shift. You will pack products, label items, and perform quality inspections with progression to basic machine checks as you develop skills.

Starting pay is £15.01 per hour with potential increases as specific skills and training levels are completed. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers development and a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' recent experience in packing operation or busy manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Must be able to commit to the rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Packing finished products and printing labels.
• Conducting quality inspections.
• Changing products over and adjusting machine settings.
• Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Completing required documentation and quality checks.
