Job summary

Atkore International is seeking a Logistics Operative in West Bromwich to ensure timely dispatch of UK and export orders for Unistrut, Marco and Flytec ranges. You will manage picking, packing, documentation, stock entry, and cycle counts while supporting warehouse KPIs.

You must hold a valid M3 or M1 side loader licence and be prepared for 39-hour weekly nights (Sun-Wed 10pm-6am; Thu 10pm-5am) with a 13.50 base rate plus 25% night shift allowance and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using barcode scanners and related equipment.
• Experience conducting stock checks and perpetual inventory.
• Able to use IT systems and complete data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick products for customer orders and pack for UK and export customers.
• Process order paperwork including invoices, packing specs, and carrier documents.
• Data entry in IT system for processing and despatching orders.
• Receive products into finished goods warehouse and book stock in system.
• Replenish picking stock and manage returns and collections.
• Operate forklift to load/unload vehicles.
• Communicate order status with internal sales team.
• Maintain stock integrity and perform stock checks (PI).
• Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and organized.
