Job summary

BaxterStorey UK in Tilbury is seeking a Night Kitchen Porter for an 8pm–4am shift. You will wash dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist with basic food prep, help with inventory and ensure health and safety standards are met.

The role suits reliable individuals with stamina for long shifts and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Full-time contract offered.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
