Job Overview

Location: Kingston upon Hull, UK – Temporary role in the industrial & manufacturing sector.

Company: Three Oceans – Submit to the day shift team. The company has nearly 30 years of expertise in fish procurement.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 6am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm.

Job Description

The Production Operator carries out all allocated line‑based activities, directed by the Team Leaders and Manufacturing Managers, contributing to overall team production output.

Key Accountabilities
  • Carry out production‑based tasks as directed by the production Team Leader or Manager.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and tools safely and correctly.
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning as required.
  • Ensure all hygiene records and checklists are completed accurately.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain food safety compliance.
  • Follow all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
  • Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food production or hygiene role (preferred but not essential; training provided).
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Comfortable working in chilled or frozen environments.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts or weekends if required.
