Job summary

HCA UK is seeking a Night Housekeeping Assistant at Chelsea Outpatient Centre. You will join our Hotel Services team on a 37.5-hour night shift, 5 nights per week, working 10pm–6am.

The role focuses on keeping patient rooms and hospital spaces clean, safe and presentable to support patient recovery and visitor confidence. You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, perform assigned tasks, and participate in mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Must meet hygiene standards.
• Passionate about customer care and patient experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, public areas and staff spaces to high standards.
• Maintain safe and tidy hospital environments across areas.
• Assist with general tasks as directed by Supervisor or designee.
• Attend mandatory annual training.
