Bupa is hiring a Night Housekeeping Assistant at Cromwell Hospital in Kensington (SW5 0TU) on a bank contract, with shifts 10pm to 6am and pay of £16.03 per hour.

You will prepare rooms for new occupants, damp dust and clean sanitary areas, deep clean between occupants, dispose of waste, maintain floors, and replenish towels and items, while maintaining infection control and working with the team.

Qualificações

• Basic cleaning experience and understanding of infection control.
• Excellent timekeeping and ability to communicate politely in English.

Role Overview

• Prepare rooms for new occupants, including the cleaning of isolation rooms, according to the appropriate housekeeping procedures.
• Damp dust and high surfaces, furniture and fittings, to include the use of a safety step ladder where necessary.
• Clean sanitary and service areas.
• Deep clean rooms between occupants according to the housekeeping procedures.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish and soiled linen.
• Care for and maintain floors and stairs using appropriate specialist equipment, including scrubbing machines, and buffing machines.
• Replenish towels, amenities and disposable items when required.

What you’ll bring

• Previous cleaning experience ideally with some understanding of infection control.
• Good basic education.
• A flexible team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• You will have good timekeeping skills and be able to communicate and articulate politely in English.
