Job summary

Culina is recruiting an experienced Yard Shunter for our Washington depot. This is a dedicated yard-based role, not a road driving job, with a Friday to Monday night shift (18:00–06:00).

You will move trailers, support yard safety, operate a yard shunting vehicle and coordinate with transport and warehouse teams to keep the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous yard shunting experience is strongly preferred.
• Current or previous Class 1 licence experience is preferred, although the role is yard-based and does not involve public road driving.

We are looking for an experienced Yard Shunter to join our Washington depot, supporting a busy chilled logistics operation. This is a dedicated yard-based role, ideal for someone who has previous shunting experience and is looking for a stable, consistent shunting position rather than a driving role on the road. Shift pattern: Friday to Monday from 18:00 - 06:00 What you\'ll be doing@

• A safety-first approach and confidence moving trailers in a live operational environment.
